A healthy mind in a healthy body is a saying which holds good for any individual. Physical activity is not only a great way to develop a lean body, muscles, and a strong heart, but it’s also been shown to help keep us mentally fit too. Keeping this in mind, we always encourage our students to get themselves involved in outdoor sports such as karate, volleyball, throwball, kho kho, kabaddi and indoor sports such as chess and carrom. For younger students, we conduct drills, hopping, running and such activities to keep them kit and healthy.

Our students have made us proud in various events at zonal and cluster level as well. In August 2018, our students were runners up in Madiwala cluster level sports. In August 2018, through their impeccable performance in zonal level sports our high school students bagged prizes in each and every event. In December, 3 of our students participated in Karate competition and won prizes in different genres.
